Applicants must have picture ID, social security card and proof of income. Services: Emergency assistance for food, clothing, rent, utilities, job referral, counseling, and liaison services to economically disadvantaged persons. Services: Provides youth development programs to boys and girls, ages 5-21, that empower them to become caring, confident youth and future leaders. Small group activities for children and families teach skills in daily living, decision making and community service. Offers school-age child care and drop in centers, outdoor programs, and employment training for young adults.
