Dallas Challenge, Inc.

Dallas Challenge is dedicated to providing programs and services that steer young people away from destructive behaviors. Youth participants are generally 7 - 23 years of age whith a history or high risk substance abuse, juvenile deliquency, truancy, school failure and other unacceptable behavior patterns. Dallas Challenge serves youth and their families from primarily low socioeconomic areas of Dallas and surrounding communities. In Collaboration with other organizations in the community, Dallas Challenge is able to provide immediate comprehensive and quality services to youth and families in need. Dallas Challenge offers the following programs to help youth stay in school, off drugs and alcohol, and out of the criminal justice system: Alcohol & Drug Prevention / Education / Intervention / Treatment (Outpatient Susbtance Abuse Treatment Services; The Lasting Connections; Youthful Drinking & Driving Prevention Program); Truancy Programs (Truancy Enforcement Center; Truancy Intervention Project; Truancy Orientation Law); Other Programs (Phoenix Challege Program; Steps for Success; Conquering Conflict).
