DARS exists to assist people with disabilities to participate in their communities by achieving employment of choice, living as independently as possible and assessing quality services. People with disabilities are DARS primary customers. DARS offers vocational rehabilitation, independent living transitional skills programs and comprehensive medical rehabilitation.

Services: Provides long-term follow up diagnostic and clinical services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors addressing cognitive and linguistic deficits associated with but not exclusive to brain injury, stroke, Alzheimer's Disease, other dementias and complications associated with normal aging. Caregiver education and training as well as collaboration with other professionals on each case is also provided.
