We provide services for Seniors 60+ residing in our four-city service area. We provide services in the following zipcodes 75001, 75006, 75007, 75010, 75019, and 75234. These services include information and referral, Case Management, outreach and other assistance such as home delivered meals,Caregiver Support, Vials of Life, Friendly Visitor programs, transportation, minor home repairs / home safety, and loans of durable medical equipment. Transportation is provided by our wheelchair accessible vans and volunteers. Monthly SAS Newsletter is free for Senior Adults in our service area which can also be accessed on our website.
