Access: Bilingual, DART, taped and large print materials. How to Apply: Call for appointment, walk in or write. Services: An intensive educational support program for 7-12 year olds who are not using alcohol or other drugs, but come from families with alcoholism or other drug dependencies. There is a fee for services but no child is turned away due to financial concerns. Scholarships are available.

Cleaninghouse for information, resource materials, education and referral services related to the use, abuse of and addiction to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Coalition programs organize public awareness and volunteer and resitution opportunities. Intervention Resources: Offers problem identification and referral for grug and alcohol evaluations, screening and assessment for substance abuse problems. Education Services" Offers professional training seminars for substance abuse professionals and Certified Seller/Server Training program.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Metroplex Chapter

Victim Assistance Program provides individual, family and group support services to victims and their families. Child/teen victim advocate helps children/teens affected by drunk driving crashes. Victim services provided at no charge. Legal advocacy, court accompaniment and information given to victims. Speakers bureau. Youth in Action Team. Youth Education program. Wrecked Car Display. Victim Impact Panel and Repeat Drunk Driving Panel are court ordered programs offered monthly for DWI offenders and repeat DWI offenders. Transportation to court is provided as well as information regarding other community resources to assist the victim and family in the aftermath of a crash.
