Connect to Care is the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) serving Dallas County. It is funded by Texas Health and Human Services, managed by Metrocare Services, and supported by community partners.

Connect to Care works collaboratively with the partner organizations listed below in order to serve Dallas County more efficiently and provide a single, coordinated system of information and referrals for individuals seeking long-term care support. We can seamlessly link you to the following organizations, which provide services for older adults, people with disabilities of all ages, and caregivers:
